These Most Important Terms & Conditions (“MITC”) govern the research and related services provided by Universal Financial Labs, operating under the brands UFL Capital Markets and UFL Institute of Capital Markets. Clients are advised to read and understand these terms carefully before availing any research or related services.
1. Nature of Research Analyst Services
Universal Financial Labs is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst (INH000026761). We provide research reports, market commentary, and educational content. We do not execute trades on behalf of clients. Do not authorize anyone to trade in your accounts.
2. Fee Structure & Payment Terms
Fees follow SEBI/RAASB regulations. Payments via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Payment Gateway. Cash payments are strictly prohibited. Advisory refunds are pro-rata; educational services are strictly non-refundable.
3. No Assured Returns
We do not provide guaranteed returns or fixed income schemes. Any promise of guaranteed profits is fraudulent and should be reported immediately to our compliance team.

No. Fees paid towards educational services include: Webinars, Workshops, Mentorship Programs, Training Courses, Recorded Sessions, Educational Products are strictly non-refundable once access is granted.
Research or advisory subscription fees may be considered for refund strictly on a pro-rata basis for the unused service period, subject to company policies and applicable SEBI regulations.
